1. Overview
Speaker Cleaner & Sound Test (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Gobaith Technologies.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your data to anyone.
The App is free and is supported by ads (Google AdMob). You can remove all ads by purchasing the optional Speaker Cleaner Pro in-app purchase.
2. Information We Collect
a) Account Information (Google Sign-In)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we collect:
- Your display name (e.g. “John Smith”)
- Your email address
Sign-in is entirely optional. All core features of the App work without an account.
This information is stored securely via Firebase Authentication (Google). It is used only to identify your account within the App and display your name on the Account screen.
b) App Usage Data (Stored Locally on Your Device)
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Cleaning session history — date, duration and type of each clean you run
- Speaker health score — a calculated score based on your cleaning history
- Audio quality results — your 👍/👎 ratings from the Audio Quality Check tool
- App preferences — theme (light/dark/system), reminder settings
This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g. using the Share Result Card feature).
c) Microphone Access
The Microphone Test tool records audio temporarily on your device for immediate playback.
Recordings are stored in your device’s temporary folder and are never uploaded anywhere.
You can delete them by uninstalling the App.
We access your microphone only when you actively use the Microphone Test screen.
We do not record audio in the background.
d) Notifications
If you enable Cleaning Reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device.
These are processed entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to our servers.
e) Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- Advertising ID — a resettable device identifier used for advertising
- Device & ad-interaction data — such as device type, operating system, language, general (approximate, IP-based) location, and how you interact with ads
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Advertising policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App shows a consent message (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads instead. Purchasing Speaker Cleaner Pro removes all ads.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect precise GPS location data (AdMob may infer an approximate, IP-based location only to serve ads)
- We do not use third-party behavioral or usage analytics trackers
- We do not access your contacts, photos, files or camera
- We do not monitor your usage in the background
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone
4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only to operate the App’s features and to display ads as described above. We do not use your account, cleaning, health or microphone data for advertising or profiling.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with the trusted service providers that operate the App’s core functions on our behalf, and only
as needed:
- Firebase / Google (Authentication) — stores your account name and email when you sign in. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (Google) — displays ads in the App and may use your Advertising ID and device/ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. How Google uses advertising data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Play Billing (Google) — securely processes your in-app purchase. https://policies.google.com/privacy
- RevenueCat — manages and verifies your in-app purchase and Pro entitlement; receives your purchase history and a purchase/user identifier. RevenueCat Privacy

6. Purchase Information (In-App Purchases)
If you choose to buy Speaker Cleaner Pro — an optional, one-time in-app purchase that removes ads and unlocks Pro features — your purchase is processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase provider.
Through these services we collect:
- Purchase history — the products you have purchased and your Pro entitlement status
- A purchase / user identifier — an anonymous ID (and, if you are signed in, your account ID) used to link your purchase to your device or account so your Pro status can be verified and restored
We do NOT receive or store your payment card number, bank details, or billing address. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play — we never see your financial details. This information is used only to:
- Unlock and verify your Pro features
- Restore your purchase across devices when you sign in
- Prevent fraud and resolve purchase issues
7. Data Retention
- Account data — retained in Firebase Authentication until you delete your account
- Local data — retained on your device until you delete your account in-app or uninstall the App
- Microphone recordings — stored temporarily; cleared when you delete the App or clear your device’s temporary storage
- Purchase data — your purchase history and entitlement status are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide and restore your Pro purchase, and as required for tax/accounting and fraud-prevention purposes
- Advertising data — processed and retained by Google in accordance with Google’s advertising and privacy policies; you can reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings
8. Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data:
Delete Your Account and All Data
Open the App → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account.
This permanently deletes your Firebase account and all locally stored cleaning history, health scores and quality results.
Sign Out
Open the App → Settings → Account → Sign Out.
This removes your sign-in session from the App.
Local data (cleaning history, preferences) is retained on your device until you delete your account or uninstall the App.
Manage Ads & Advertising ID
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent choice for personalized ads; choosing not to consent results in non-personalized ads.
To remove ads entirely, purchase Speaker Cleaner Pro.
Revoke Google Sign-In Access
Go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → remove Speaker Cleaner & Sound Test.
Uninstall
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
If you wish to request deletion of your Firebase account data directly, contact us at

and we will process it within 30 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at

and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Account data is stored in Firebase Authentication, which encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Local device data is protected by your device’s built-in security (screen lock, encryption)
- We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For significant changes, we will notify you via the App.
