These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FleetDoc (“the App”), provided by Gobaith Technologies (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract to use the App. FleetDoc is a business tool and is not directed to children.

2. The service

FleetDoc helps you track document expiry dates for vehicles, aircraft, ships and crew, scan documents with AI, receive reminders, sync and back up your data, and export reports. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the data you enter.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and dates you record, and for verifying compliance with the relevant authorities.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• FleetDoc offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro Solo and Fleet), billed monthly or annually.
• Ads: the free tier is supported by advertising (Google AdMob). Paid plans are ad-free. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Current prices are shown in the App and on the Google Play Store and may vary by country and change over time.
• Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy.

5. AI scanning disclaimer

The AI document scanner extracts fields automatically as a convenience. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all scanned data. Manual entry is always available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, using it unlawfully, uploading content you do not have rights to, or attempting to access other users’ data.

7. Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time, including a full in-app account deletion.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered (device and OS settings can affect notifications).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gobaith Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed reminders or reliance on the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
